My 2011 Silverado 1500, which I retained, is a very good vehicle but the 2014 Silverado 1500 is on an entirely different level of quality and value for your money. Stopped by Garber for an oil change on my 2011 Silverado. My wife and I walked the new car lot and found a 2012 Impala LTZ at a price we couldn't pass up. Not having purchased a new car since 1992, I was extremely nervous and unsure about the process. My salesman, Joel Drake, was very patient and reassuring. I know it was only a few months ago when I got my Hyundai… I needed to get into something with a lower payment and with a little more space. Unfortunately I needed to use your body shop as my new Avalanche was hit while parked. The repairs were done on time and with high quality. The staff was VERY accommodating and helpful. They updated me on progress and the car was returned fully cleaned and vacuumed-a delighter.
I've owned a number of vehicle brands but this is my first GM. I have been pleasantly surprised by your dealership from sales, to service and now body shop. Keep it up and my wife's next car may be a chevy as well.

Mike Albertson and other service people performed repairs, provided transportation for me and explained what was needed to keep my Buick running smoothly.

As always, the service team did a great job. I will give positive remarks to GM if asked. One simple upgrade that would be nice however is if the service dept called me when my car was done instead of me having to call and check in. I know they eventually get around to this depending upon how busy they are so it is not an expectation that they call right away but rather would be a "delighter".
I had some body work done and I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the well done job I received! I was shocked to see the inside of my car cleaned out. I dealt with Chad and words can't express how happy I am with the work that was done. You team is superb! Thank you!
In this day and age the word "service" has lost it's meaning with many retail businesses, but not with Garber Chevrolet
I just wanted to let you know I had my vehicle in for service on Saturday, July 24. Mike and Rob were working. There was a group of about 5 women waiting for their vehicles. Every single woman waiting had nothing but praise for the service department at your dealership. They were telling horror stories about treatment they received at other dealerships in the area.
